- 4 slices of bread;
- 4 tomatoes;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- extra virgin olive oil;
- Salt q.s.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces and collect them in a bowl, then toss with olive oil and salt. Stir and cook for about an hour.
Toast the bread in the oven, then rub each slice with the garlic. Distributed over each slice the compound of tomatoes.
They are good served either warm or cold.
